Youthlinc is now accepting applications for the 2015 Utah Young Humanitarian Award$5,000 college scholarshipAll Utah high school junior, seniors, and undergraduate college students who excel at giving back to their communities are eligible. There is one $5,000 winner, one $3,000 runner-up award, and three $1,000 runner-up awards.  Qualified students go to the website www.youthlinc.org and click on the Young Humanitarian Award for more information. Applications are due (not postmarked by) March 18, 2015.

 “Aspiring Fashion Professional” Scholarship.  This is a $1,000 scholarship that will be awarded to students that are interested in pursuing a fashion degree at an accredited post-secondary school or college.  Interested students can visit this link http://www.fashion-schools.org/ and find the scholarship located at the bottom of the page and click on it.  Deadline: June 1st.

“Aspiring Animation Professional” Scholarship Program. Offering high school seniors the opportunity to win a $1,000 scholarship.  This will be awarded to students that are interested in pursuing an animation career path at an accredited post-secondary school or college.   Visit the website, http://www.animationcareerreview.com/  to find eligibility information along with the online application. The scholarship will be on the right side of the page and click on it. Deadline: June 1st.

Jordan Credit Union Scholarships – $1,000 Quarterly Youth Scholarship:  Any student who opens a JCU Youth account or deposits $25 in their existing account is eligible for the scholarship.  Youth Scholarship: for every $5 deposited into a JCU youth savings account, a ticket is automatically generated for a scholarship drawing at the JCU Annual meeting in March.  More details on these two scholarships are available at http://www.jordan-cu.org/jcuscholarships.
